I placed an order for "Glamour White" teeth whitener being marketed by Alta White. I did so on the strength of their ad offering a free trial if ordered before 3rd Oct 2010 at a cost of $5.13.
The ad was unambiguous, it showed the full price of the product less discount for the trial offer. I entered all my relevant details (address & Credit Card number)and, without being given the chance to review my order, my Credit Card was debited for the full amount….$93.97!!
There was no facility to correct my order or to cancel it.
Of all the underhand, devious and fraudulent means of ripping people off this must rank high on the list. People…be warned about this company.

I have had exactly the same happen to me I only ordered the stuff because it was a trial offer at a cost of £3.14 not the £60.14 that has been debited. I even have a print out to say that I would have the total price of the product paid for with my free Mail in coupon.I am absolutely fuming with the underhand deceitful tactics this company use. I have tried to contanct them on their English contact number but it will not connect. Keep away from them and DONT believe the free trial rubbish.

I simply can’t believe it — I have actually found a product that does what its advertisement says. Amazing!
I’m going to be honest here; when I ordered a free trial sample of Idol White tooth whitening pen, I expected it to give my smile a little lift; maybe even brighten it a bit. I was not prepared for the results I have gotten so far.
Three days ago my free sample of Idol White arrived in the mail. I read the promotional literature and directions that came in the package. Hopeful that it might at least lesson some of the staining my teeth have received from my three-cup a morning coffee habit. I cracked open the package.
First, let me tell you that the entire process was just as easy (maybe even easier) then the ad described. Honestly, all I did was wipe it on my teeth ands go. No messy trays. No disfiguring tapes. Nothing. Just paint and go.
I did what the package said and headed off to work. After lunch a good friend said, hey, when did you have time to slip off to the dentist? Huh, I asked. Didn’t you go to the dentist at lunch, she asked? No, I said, thinking she was a bit nuts for asking such a question.
Day Two arrived and again I used the Idol White pen on my teeth. About mid morning I headed to the rest room to reapply my lipstick. Were my teeth whiter, I wondered as I looked closer in the mirror. They were! Could this thing be working?
Today is Day Three and I am so thrilled with the results of this simple Idol White tooth whitening pen, I just had to tell someone! I can’t believe the difference in just three days. Maybe I don’t have a Hollywood smile just yet, but I am well on my way to the brighter, whiter smile I have only dreamed of in the past. Those coffee stains are noticeably lessoning and my teeth are looking cleaner and more attractive by the day.
