    well yes burn the fat feed the muscle really works but you need to follow every bit of advice given in the program. I read several burn the fat feed the muscle reviews and some people were complaining that it didn’t worked for them however when asked did they follow the program 100% there answer was they miss some days and then they are not doing that exercise etc. So if you follow the program strictly, you will definitely get the best results.
